1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing our website, or using AKILI (web app, mobile app, or any associated service), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use AKILI.

These Terms apply to all visitors, tenant administrators, and users of AKILI, operated by Aquila & Priscilla LLC.

2 Description of Service

AKILI is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing point of sale (POS), inventory management, invoicing, bookings, and public storefronts for shops, restaurants and makers.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time, and may offer different plans with different feature sets (see our pricing page).

3 Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• If you are a tenant administrator, you are responsible for the users you invite to your workspace and their compliance with these Terms.
• Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use AKILI for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Abuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt AKILI's infrastructure, security, or availability for other tenants.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide AKILI to third parties as your own service without our prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of AKILI except as permitted by law.

5 Subscriptions & Billing

AKILI is offered under multiple subscription plans described on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6 Data & Privacy

Data you or your business enter into AKILI (products, sales, customers, bookings, etc.) belongs to you (the tenant). We process it as described in our Privacy Policy.

7 SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By opting in via our website contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Aquila & Priscilla LLC related to your inquiry and customer care.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected].

Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using any service.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8 Intellectual Property

AKILI, its name, logo, and underlying software are the property of Aquila & Priscilla LLC. Except for the limited right to use AKILI as intended, these Terms do not grant you any ownership or license to our intellectual property.

9 Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

AKILI is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aquila & Priscilla LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of AKILI.

10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AKILI if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using AKILI and close your account at any time.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify active users by email. Continued use of AKILI after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which Aquila & Priscilla LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
