Restock and record purchases

Record everything you buy from suppliers to keep stock and costs accurate.

1. Open Stock → Purchases → Restock.
2. Choose the supplier (from your contacts).
3. Add each stock item received, with quantity and purchase price — you can scan barcodes to find items faster.
4. Save: quantities are added to stock and the purchase appears in Purchase list.

Why it matters

• Purchase history feeds the analytics (supplier ranking, spending by item).
• Accurate costs make your profit figures reliable.
