How it works

• The POS keeps working offline: sales are saved on your device.
• As soon as the connection returns, pending sales sync automatically to the server.
• A sync badge appears in the menu when items are waiting; open Sync issues to see details.

Limitations while offline

• Data that lives on the server (analytics, other users' sales, the AI assistant) needs a connection.
• Avoid editing the same records from two offline devices at once.
